Personally I think being a Pesco-vegeterian is the best you get a good amount of protein a good amount of fat since some fats are healthy and you can build muscle a lot easier. Of course only because I train 4 times a week 2 times a day if i went vegan I think I’d collapse. nevertheless great article/video
I’m with Andy on this one! A good stew or meaty chunky soup on a cold day can’t be beaten. Salad on a cold winter’s night is just wrong!
