Lay Off the Caffeine
While that cup of coffee in the morning or that afternoon soda may seem to help you increase energy, it may be harming you in your workouts. Caffeine in coffee and soda actually work against your body and actually dehydrate you. If you must have coffee or soda, try having them after your workouts and you have had a chance to properly hydrate.
Work on Your Posture
Something that many of us neglect is working on keeping good posture. While this may sound like an odd health tip, good posture can help you avoid certain aches and pains that can occur in everyday life and in workouts.

Sportsmen will need to increase that amount as they work out and exercise a lot more than the average person. Water helps with recovery from workouts, digestion, and even regularity so drink up.
